How is it different from lemon?
Drier, more bitter, less candy-sweet than lemon. Lime is more like a cocktail; lemon is more like lemonade.
Is it photosensitising?
Cold-pressed lime oil is one of the most photosensitising citrus oils. Avoid direct sun exposure on areas where lime oil has been applied. Steam-distilled lime is non-photosensitising — check your label.
